If your ring size does not fit, the first adjustment will always be offered. This service is not limited in time and is not subject to any conditions.

Please contact us to inform us and send us the ring. We will send it back to you, adjusted, a few days later.

 

Maintenance

All our jewellery comes with a free annual maintenance service for cleaning, setting control, repolishing and rhodium-plating.

This way, your jewellery will always retain its original shine and appeal, just as it did on its first day.

 

Repairs & transformations

If you ever wish to modify your jewellery, or if it requires an intervention that for one reason or another does not fall within the scope of the guarantee, we can offer you personalized advice and different solutions accompanied by an estimate.
